By submitting your stories, memories, photos, videos, and any other media content (“Testimonials”) to Liberty Inn, you agree to terms and conditions: BUT WE WILL NEVER USE YOUR NAMES WITHOUT YOUR EXPRESS WRITTEN PERMISSION.
- Anonymity and Privacy: We understand the importance of privacy and discretion. If you prefer to remain anonymous, please indicate this preference when you submit your story. We will honor requests for anonymity by not disclosing identifying information in conjunction with the use of your story.
- No Obligation to Use: Submission of your Testimonial does not guarantee its use or inclusion in any book, movie, or other media. Liberty Inn reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select and edit any submissions for clarity, length, or grammar, or to choose not to publish them.
- Accuracy of Content: By submitting your story, you affirm that it is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge and that it does not violate any law or the rights of any person or entity.
- No Compensation: You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation for the use of your submission, notwithstanding its potential inclusion in any book, movie, or media.
- Rights and Permissions: You grant Liberty Inn and its associated entities an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, publish, display, or otherwise exploit your Testimonials in any manner or media, worldwide, for any purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation, in connection with the Liberty Inn book, movie project, promotional materials, or any other media form.
- Release of Liability: You release, Liberty Inn, its successors, assigns, and licensees from any and all claims that you may have now or in the future relating to your submission, including without limitation any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, publicity rights, copyright, or any other proprietary rights.
